Dried champignons, dried mushrooms produced using fresh mushrooms and obtained as a result of production. The rate of water in the product that is dried by drying is reduced to very low values. Drying results in approximately 12 kg of fungus using 1 kg of dry fungi. During drying, the water in the product evaporates and the core of the product remains. For this reason, dried champignons nutritional values, especially carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins, fat, such as rates have increased too.
